Robyn Culver
Managing Director
Robyn is the founding director of About You. Her passion for supporting people with a disability to create a good life has been and will always be the driving force behind her work. When not working she can be found hiking any number of trails with her family and dogs.
Kyra Given
Co-director & Support Coordinator
Kyra is a passionate support coordinator who helps NDIS participants navigate their journey and achieve their goals. Outside of work, she finds balance through fitness and exploring the beauty of nature.
Charles Dalid
Registered Nurse
Charles began his career as a Disability Support Officer in 2021. He transitioned to become a Registered Nurse in 2023, where he continues to channel his passion for supporting others into empowering his participants. Outside of work, he maintains balance through golf, volleyball, and music.
Samantha Leighton
Accountant
Samantha joined the company in 2018 after spending the majority of her finance management career in the educational and research sector. She leads the finance team and is responsible for the financial management of the company. She enjoys spending time in nature and being with her family.
Kim Pacana
Admin Manager
Kim keeps the company running smoothly in her role as Admin Manager. Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensure everything is in top order. Outside of work, Kim enjoys letting loose on the dance floor and staying active at the gym.

Kaz started with About You in 2023, after leaving the Public Sector. She responsible for servicing the Central West to ensure participants are guided & supported in their journey. Outside of work a dedicated Mum, Wife, animal lover & travel enthusiast.
